We endeavor to make reasonable efforts to update our website with the most accurate and most reliable information at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies and in this case, we make no representation or warranty, and offer no guarantees either express or implied that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date. Any errors are wholly unintentional, and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in price or availability.

We try to ensure that all pricing on the website is accurate, however, occasionally errors can occur and goods may show incorrect pricing or availability information. If we discover that a pricing or availability error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or when an item becomes available. 

Promotional Codes

Once an order has been placed, you cannot go back and apply a promotional code to your order. If you incorrectly apply the promotional code when placing an order, we will be unable to reimburse you the discount once the order has been placed. Due to orders being dispatched promptly, we are unable to cancel orders after you have received your order confirmation email.

Change Of Mind

Change of mind’ happens when the buyer decides they no longer want the item after purchasing it.

However, they will not be able to return the item under ‘Change of Mind’ if they have already opened the product/item packaging.

Conditions Of Return

If your item arrived in defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete condition, a refund will be issued.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

The product must include the original tags.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging.

Note: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the process of your return.
